Danie has long owned a lovely TR3, and in 2014 acquired a beautifully rebuilt TR3A that belonged to Bennit Joubert, latterly of the West Coast Farm stall and Lion Park. This TR3A was first shown at the National Gathering in 1998 where it win overall D'Etat. Bennit created some controversy with his over the top Concours display as may be seen from the photo below. The car has done less than 4000 miles in the past 20 years  and still looks an award winner.
